  • Do you offer veils, tiaras and other accessories?
    Yes! We offer in-store ready and special order wedding veils, jewelry, belts and sashes, petticoats and shapewear. Our most popular styles can also be ordered online at the Misora Shop.
  • Can I purchase accessories separately?
    Yes. A wedding gown purchase is not necessary to buy wedding accessories.
  • How do I match accessories to my dress?
    Our expert stylists are always on hand to guide you through the process of choosing the perfect accessories to complement your wedding dress. Schedule a consultation with us today to finalize the perfect look for your perfect wedding day.
  • Do you provide alteration services?
    No. We do not provide alteration services. We have a few tailors we can highly recommend if needed.
  • How long does the alteration process take?
    Alterations for wedding gowns can take anywhere from two weeks to a full month. Please contact your tailor and double check the alteration schedule.
  • What should I bring to my alteration appointment?
    It's often a good idea to have your bridal undergarments and shoes ready when starting the alterations process, but have a conversation with your tailor to know what to bring and to expect for the duration.
  • Are appointments needed?
    Yes, appointments are needed to visit Misora Bridal. We strive to provide each of our brides with the best possible experience while they search for the perfect wedding dress. By booking an appointment, we ensure that our expert stylist has enough time to give you the personalized attention and guidance you deserve. It also ensures that you can try on all of your desired dresses without feeling rushed or pressured. We highly recommend booking your appointment well in advance, especially during peak wedding season, to ensure availability. That said, we do welcome walk-ins if brides would like to browse the showroom without specifically trying on gowns.
  • Is there a fee for bridal consultations?
    Yes. There is a $30 non-refundable fee per appointment.
  • How do I schedule a bridal consultation?

  • What should I bring to my bridal appointment at Misora Bridal?
    We recommend bringing only yourself! Our appointments include complementary shapewear, but you're more than welcome to bring your own. Any inspiration or ideas you have for your dream wedding dress can also help our stylists pull specific gowns for you to try. This can include photos from magazines or online sources, as well as any swatches or samples of colors or fabrics you are interested in. Don't forget to invite those closest to you whose opinions you value most, as they can provide valuable input as well.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    For Appointments: Failures to provide proper notice or a no-show will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. However, if notice is given within 24 hours, the deposit may be applied to a future appointment. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating as much as possible. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. For Bridal Gown Orders: At Misora Bridal, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, cancellation of bridal gown orders is subject to certain conditions. If the order has already been confirmed and a deposit has been made, the deposit is non-refundable. If the gown has already been ordered and production has begun, cancellation is not possible. If the gown is in stock and alterations have not yet been made, cancellation may be allowed with a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price of the garment. In any case, we encourage our clients to notify us as soon as possible. We believe in open communication and are always willing to work with our clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • How do I choose the right wedding dress for my body type?
    Our consultants are on hand to help you work through your options and help you look your very best.
  • Can I modify or exchange my order after it's placed?
    Depending on the manufacturer, there is a very small window of opportunity for us to make changes such a as sizing, color, custom hem, etc., to the order. We advise you to let us know as soon as possible so that we may do our best to accommodate. However, there is no guarantee once the order has been placed. There is no exchanging one dress for another.
  • How do I place an order for a wedding dress?
    Our consultants will help you decide on the best size to order and walk you through the ordering process.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash and all major credit cards.
  • Is a deposit required when ordering a dress?
    Yes. A sixty percent non-refundable deposit is made up on dress purchase.
  • Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
    Yes. We offer first day purchase promotions for special order gowns, and a percentage off stock pieces.
  • Are there sales events throughout the year?
    There are special promotions during the various trunk shows and sample sales throughout the year.
  • How can I stay informed about upcoming promotions?

  • How long does it take for a wedding dress to be delivered?
    Wedding Gowns typically take 4-6 months to arrive. However, some styles may have rush order available for 2-3 months or carry stock sizes for as fast as 1 month.
  • Do you offer direct shipping?
    We offer shipping only within Mainland U.S.. Please contact our store for more information.
  • Can I track the status of my order?
    Once an order is placed, we will typically receive an ETA within a few days. Beyond that, we do not have a tracking status for the order.
  • How do I determine my correct dress size?
    Our experienced consultants will be more than happy to walk you through the sizing chart and help you determine the best size for you.
  • Can I order a custom-sized dress?
    No. Our wedding gown designers offer standard sizes according to their charts and typically do not offer gowns made to measurement.
  • What if my weight changes before the wedding?
    A professional tailor will be able to provide any alterations necessary to ensure the perfect fit.
